With three contrasting function rooms as well as the elegant indoor marquee we are a flexible venue who can meet individual’s specific needs. Le Marquee The indoor marquee is an outstanding space which can hold up to 500 people within its elegant silk walls and draping canopy. The marquee can be changed in size from a ¼ marquee holding 150 people, to a ½ marquee holing 250 people, to a ¾ marquee holding 400 people and finally the full marquee which can hold up to 500 people. The marquee is a blank canvas and can be decorated to suit individual needs It is an exclusive backdrop that can facilitate almost every possible requirement And because it’s indoors, it can be used rain or shine…
Lingfield A innovative space which features the all important balcony that provides exquisite views, perfect for the summer months The large bar and dance floor mean that it is perfect for parties Able to hold up to 150 people With the use of acoustic sliding doors the room can be sectioned to suit personal needs
Ashdown A smaller, more private room, secluded in its own wing of the building with its own private entrance With its own bar it is perfect for small gatherings A light and airy space that can be adapted to individual tastes It is a versatile space which can be used for evening functions or children’s parties Seats up to 80 people
Outdoor Marquees Set within the picturesque grounds of the stunning Sussex countryside the outdoor marquee is perfect for holding an assortment of events Cricket events, corporate and children’s sports days, BBQs, birthday parties and weddings The outdoor marquee is available in a range of sizes, as well as its own fully licensed bar and catering service to ensure the event is tailored to the individual

Each room is facilitated with its own bar and personal bar staff to cater for every desire
Meetings and Conferences We offer three diverse meeting and conference rooms in a range of sizes Felbridge Room: for no more than 10 people, in a secluded part of the building, perfect for small personal meetings Ashdown Room: A bright room, excellent for holding club AGM’s, board meetings, training days and many more Lingfield Suite: Part of this room can be sectioned off to provide a private meeting room, ideal for all of types of meetings. Teas, coffee and biscuit refreshments are available for all meetings, as well as a variety of buffet menus hot or cold should you require them
Felbridge Room The smallest, but secluded room separate from the rest of the building, it is perfect for private meetings. With its own projector screen and seating for 12 people it is an excellent room for team or board meetings.
Private Parties East Grinstead Sports Club can cater for a variety of private parties, meeting individual’s needs and expectations by providing an excellent service and a perfect experience. With a number of party rooms available, East Grinstead Sports Club is able to cater for a many different party options. Catering is also available for every occasion and can be discussed with the Catering Manager to ensure that a everything suits you.
