Ashdown Suite Tucked away in a secluded wing of the building, this contemporary new Suite is fresh, bright and warm and comes with its own bar, catering facilities and cloakroom. Comfortable seating is provided for up to 80 people. The Ashdown Suite also has its own entrance for added privacy. Day or night, the Ashdown can also be transformed into a dance room, ideal for children's parties, with disco lighting and music facilities provided.

Lingfield Suite A spacious room with high wooden ceilings reminiscent of a hunting lodge, this traditional room has its own full bar, catering for up to 120 people. Full banquet facilities are also provided and there is plenty of room for dancing. One can also walk out onto the balcony which follows the length of the room and enjoy fine views overlooking lush green sports fields.

Le Marquee Set in the shelter of our massive sports hall, our unique indoor marquee is an ideal location to hold large events such as weddings without having to worry about the weather and outside temperature. Its spectacular pleated canopy ceiling is eye-catching, and together with its movable silk walls provide flexibility and elegance to your special day. The Quarter-Marquee holds 120 guests, and the Half-Marquee accommodates up to 250 people, whilst the Full-Marquee caters for up to 500 guests.

We also provide an experienced banquet and catering team to help facilitate the smooth running of your special event. For smaller parties, you may prefer the Ashdown Suite which seats up to 80 guests or the Felbridge Room for boardroom style meetings.
