For most sports we, or member clubs, hold courses for participants at all levels and run events and competitions - latest details on the appropriate sports or club site, or click on the events/competitions link above. In our gym we run fitness courses from general and gentle to specific, pilates and where we provide the physical training for our sports academies.

And don't forget that the facilities of this beautiful club are available for hire for private and corporate functions. Lecture rooms, meeting rooms, catering, private parties, weddings: any formal or informal social gathering where a relaxed atmosphere helps to make the day a success.
